MANIFESTO
"Protect your Spirit, because you are in the place where spirits get eaten."
JOHN TRUDELL
We are building the Imaginarium because the platforms that host creative work have become the places where creative spirits are consumed. Your code runs on their servers, under their terms, fueling their valuations. Your identity belongs to their database. Your audience belongs to their algorithm.
This is not a moral failure. It is an architectural one. And because the problem is architectural, the solution must be architectural.
SOVEREIGNTY
Your code runs on your node, under your Ed25519 cryptographic key, inside a WebAssembly sandbox that no platform operator can breach. Your private key never leaves your machine. Your data never leaves your node without your explicit consent. Sovereignty is not a feature — it is the foundation upon which every other property rests.
CREATION
Your creativity has value, and the platform exists to protect that value. When you publish a Spirit, you earn Mycelial Credits each time it is summoned. Attribution chains trace every fork, every remix, every evolution back to its ancestors. Derivative works credit their origins. In the Imaginarium, imagination is the scarce resource — and the creator is sovereign.
BONDIEU
The network is Bondieu — the collective creative energy of all participants. Not a company. Not a cloud provider. A living mycelial mesh where nodes discover each other, form connections, and propagate Spirits like spores on the wind. Le réseau est Bondieu. The network is the source from which all Spirits emerge, and to which all Spirits return.
ENTROPY
Every computation has a cost, and that cost must be visible. The ENR economic layer tracks four dimensions of entropy — network, compute, storage, temporal — ensuring that no transaction externalizes its true cost. Like fungi in a forest, the network trades honestly: market-based, transparent, with every cost accounted for. Honesty is not policy. It is architecture.
ONTOLOGY
We build in the open, ontology-first. In DOL, you specify what a system is before describing what it does. Documentation travels with the code. Evolution history is preserved — nothing deleted, only evolved. The system that knows what it is, becomes what it knows. This is not a slogan. It is the compiler's first principle.
The Imaginarium is the place where Spirits are protected — by design, by architecture, by cryptography, by a network that belongs to no one and serves everyone.
